Open-Face Eggs Benedict - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, scrambled
    2 English muffins
    1 pkg. Knorr Hollandaise Sauce, prepared
    1 medium tomato
Preparation
    Lightly toast English muffins.
    Top each English muffin half with scrambled eggs.
    Place one slice of tomato on each muffin. Pour 2 tablespoons of Hollandaise Sauce on each muffin.
    Microwave on High for 30 seconds to heat thoroughly.
    Serves 2.
