Herbed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. Sauterne
    1/2 c. celery, sliced thin
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms (broil or saute fresh mushrooms)
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package. Meanwhile, lightly season with salt and pepper the chicken breasts. Brown them in the butter in a large skillet.
    Spoon rice into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Arrange chicken on the rice.
