Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
3 Tbsp. water
pinch of salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Add water and salt to egg white and beat until stiff but not dry.
Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
Beat until well mixed. Add baking powder and beat until smooth and fluffy.
Cover pie and brown lightly in a moderate oven.
