Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    3 c. cold water
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 cut up frying chicken
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole, mixing well. Cover. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until rice and chicken are tender.
