Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. claw or regular crab meat
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cracker crumbs or cracker meal
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
A dash of Worcestershire sauce or chopped green pepper may also be added.
Shape into cakes and fry in butter or margarine until brown.
Serve hot.
