Martin'S Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef round steak
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    20 stuffed green olives
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 egg
    3/4 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Have butcher bone round steak and put through cuber.
    Place meat on flat surface; sprinkle with half the salt, pepper and paprika.
    Top with layer of mushrooms, onion (separated into rings) and olives, then sprinkle with crumbs.
    Mix melted butter with egg; pour over stuffing.
    Roll meat, jelly roll fashion.
    Tie with string.
    Put into shallow dish.
    Pour wine over top.
    Sprinkle with remaining salt, pepper and paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting once or twice.
    Slice and serve with pan juices.
    Makes 6 servings.
