Ramen Noodle Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pkg. Ramen noodles
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    4 stalks celery
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1/4 stick butter
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Saute onions, celery, mushrooms and soy sauce in butter.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Bring noodles to a boil. Boil 3 to 4 minutes; drain.
    Serve by making a noodle bed.
    Place beef mixture on top.
    Serve hot.
    Fast meal.
