Cool Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. carrots
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. dried mustard
Preparation
    Slice carrots.
    Cook in salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine all other ingredients and bring to boil.
    Pour over carrots.
    Can be eaten warm but are much better refrigerated until completely chilled.
