Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. Accent
2 tsp. onion powder
2/3 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. thin strips meat (beef, deer, pork, duck or lamb)
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2/3 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and add meat.
Let soak overnight.
Place on wire oven racks with foil on lower rack to catch excess juice when cooking.
Let dry in oven on warm temperature for 5 to 7 hours or until desired consistency.
