Tallareni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef (preferably chuck)
    2 pods garlic, chopped fine
    5 medium onions, chopped fine
    4 bell peppers, chopped fine
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 (8 oz.) cans Spanish-style tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 can whole corn, drained
    1 can pitted black olives, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) bag short, flat egg noodles, boiled
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Using a big pot, cook the beef, garlic, onions and bell peppers
    in a small amount of olive oil for 10 minutes.
    (Beef will create additional fat.)
    Add the chili powder, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Add the corn, olives and the boiled egg noodles. Toss ingredients together well.
    Pour into 2 flat baking dishes (9 x 13-inch).
    Top with the grated cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is slightly brown on top (about 35 to 40 minutes).
    Serves 14 to 15.
