Popeyes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. onion soup mix
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 to 1 jar bacon bits
4 flour tortillas

Preparation

Thaw spinach; remove moisture.
Add all ingredients to spinach, except tortillas.
Spread spinach mixture over flour tortillas.
Roll tortillas up like a jelly roll.
Cut into 1 inch pieces.
