Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomatoes, crushed
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 c. water
    2 onions
    1 can chili beans
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 stalks celery
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Saute the celery and onion with the ground beef; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for 1/2 to 1 hour.
    Serve with garlic bread.
