Layered Tossed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, chopped
1 box uncooked frozen peas
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 red onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Layer in a large bowl beginning with lettuce.
Spread layer of mayo on very top, sealing edges.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Toss just before serving.
