Potatoes, Peppers And Kielbasa Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. red or green sliced sweet peppers
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 lb. red or regular potatoes with skins, cut into chunks
    1 turkey kielbasa, cut into thick slices
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. cream
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into large bowl and stir until all coated. Transfer into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover with lid or aluminum foil. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
