Three Cheers For Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 cans water or less
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken and place in a large 11 x 14-inch Pyrex.
    Melt margarine and add onion, bell pepper, pimentos, rice, soups, water and water chestnuts.
    Pour over chicken breasts. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 300\u00b0 and cook for 1 hour more.
    Add cheese 5 minutes before dish is done and return to oven for the last 5 minutes.
