English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (17 oz.) can English peas, drained
1 (8.5 oz.) can English peas, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar diced pimento (undrained)
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can fried onion rings
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz.)
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and half of onion rings, mixing well.
Spoon half of pea mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Top with half of cheese.
Spoon remaining pea mixture over cheese and top with remaining cheese.
Sprinkle remaining onion rings over top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
