Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar
    10.75 oz. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Brown potatoes in butter. Combine cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, 1/4 cup butter, salt and pepper.
    Mix, then fold in potatoes.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Toss cornflakes in butter and sprinkle over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
