Lefse - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. milk
1/3 c. margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
7 c. flour
Preparation

Heat water with margarine and Crisco.
Add sugar, salt and flour and mix well.
Roll out on lightly floured board until thin. Bake on griddle, dabbing on milk as it bakes.
Cook on both sides.
