Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. minced onion
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. tomato catsup
1 to 3 c. water
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Shape into 12 balls.
Brown in skillet.
Combine catsup, water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Pour over meat balls.
Simmer over low heat 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Makes 4 servings.
Pour over cooked spaghetti or cooked rice.
