Cheesy Red Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large, peeled red onions
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large pot, place onions in water to cover.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Remove.
    With one fork, secure onion; pull out 1/2 inch onion center with another fork.
    Fill with cheese.
    Place in a greased baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, until tender. Serves 6.
