Dale'S Apricot Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked and sweetened dried apricots
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted (not hot)
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. corn meal
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Cover bottom of 10-inch unbaked pie shell (should have high sides) with the apricots.
    Mix the other ingredients (except nutmeg) and pour carefully over the apricots.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 325\u00b0 and bake for about 30 minutes.
