Tennessee Barbecue Sauce(U.T. Prof. Cole) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. salt
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 stick butter
4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Heat, but do not boil. Baste chicken frequently over medium fire, turning occasionally, until done (1 1/2 hours).
