Double Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. Kellogg's corn flakes cereal, crushed to 1 3/4 c.
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. frying chicken pieces, rinsed and dried
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Measure crushed Kellogg's corn flakes cereal into shallow dish or pan.
    Set aside.
