Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg whites
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar; continue beating 2 minutes.
    Add vanilla, pecans and crushed Ritz crackers.
    Stir. Press into pie pan.
    Cook on 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Top with Cool Whip.
