Tahitian Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    juice from 1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 can Treet or Spam, cubed
    green bell pepper strips
Preparation
    In
    saucepan,
    combine\t1/2
    cup
    packed
    brown
    sugar, cornstarch,
    pineapple
    juice, water and vinegar.
    Cook, stirring until clear and thick, then stir in the Treet or Spam cut in 1-inch
    cubes
    and\tbell pepper strips.
    Keep cooking until hot (about
    10 minutes).
    Serve over hot, cooked rice.\tServes 4.
