Blueberry Tea Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 box blueberries
Preparation

Stir shortening to soften.
Add flour sifted with baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add milk and beat for two minutes.
Add eggs, beat one minute.
Stir in blueberries.
Pour in sheet cake pan, greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
