Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
hot medium size noodles
Preparation

In skillet, brown ground beef with bacon.
Add onion; cook until tender, but not brown.
Drain off the excess fat.
Add seasonings to meat mixture.
Stir in soup; cook slowly, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Stirring frequently, stir in sour cream and heat through; do not boil.
Serve over hot noodles.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
