Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients well.
    Form into 2 loaves and wrap in foil.
    Refrigerate
    24
    hours.
    Poke
    4 holes in bottom and sides of loaf.
    Place on rack over cake pan to catch drippings and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
