Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (15 or 16 oz.) pink salmon
    1 egg
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    In medium bowl, mix salmon, egg and onion. Stir in flour.
    Form into patties and fry until golden brown.
