Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

croutons
1 to 2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 can anchovies, chopped
1/3 or 1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
fresh ground pepper
1 large bunch romaine lettuce
1 squeezed lemon
1/3 or more grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Rub wooden bowl with 1 cut garlic clove; crush the rest. Allow some garlic in the bowl.
Mix in 1 cup anchovies, oil, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
Chop lettuce.
Add mixture to lettuce; squeeze lemon over salad and toss.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and croutons.
