Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut shortening into mixture of flour, sugar and salt until crumbly.
    Beat water, vinegar and egg together.
    Stir into flour mixture.
    Divide into 4 portions.
    Shape into patties and wrap in waxed paper.
    Chill for 30 minutes or up to 3 days.
