Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. diced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes and combine in large mixing bowl with 1/2 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese; blend together.
    Place in greased 3-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
