Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Blend oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time (beat well after each addition).
    Sift dry ingredients; add mixture.
    Add nuts, pineapple and carrots last.
    Bake in 3 layer pans at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
