Blueberry Wheat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. wheat bran
1/2 c. instant Ralston or Wheatina, uncooked
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. oil
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. fresh or unthawed frozen blueberries
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except blueberries in a medium mixing bowl.
Add and fold in blueberries.
Pour into muffin tins which have been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Serve hot.
Makes 12 muffins.
