Apple Pie(2 Crust) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 apples, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. apple pie spice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Line 9 or 10-inch pie pan with crust. Add apples and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add sugar, butter, spice, salt and cornstarch. Put top crust on and seal edges. Slash top crust. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Crust should be brown.
