Kay Lynn'S Mexican Layered Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. ground beef, browned and crumbled (and pepper the beef well)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    5 white flour tortillas
    1 can golden mushroom soup (undiluted)
    3/4 can Ro-Tel
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    In a medium-size bowl, mix soup, Ro-Tel water, onion and the cubed Velveeta.
    Mix well.
    In a baking dish, place your first layer of tortillas, then a layer of the beef.
    Then a layer of the mix.
    Repeat until you've used up the ingredients.
    Bake in a medium oven for 30 minutes.
