Etouffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 lb. shrimp or 1 pt. oysters or 8 oz. crabmeat
2 cans golden mushroom soup
2 cans chicken broth
Preparation
-
Saute vegetables in butter; add seafood and cook a few minutes.
Add soup and broth; simmer for about 30 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
