Grandma'S Indian Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. corn meal
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 c. sliced apples
    1 large tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 qt. (48 oz.) milk
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    3 beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In top of double boiler, combine corn meal, 2 cups milk and salt.
    Heat, stirring to prevent lumps, until slightly thickened, about 20 minutes.
    Cool.
