Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. nonfat milk
    8 oz. can tomato sauce (no salt added)
    2 lb. ground top round (leanest)
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. mustard powder
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, sage, pepper, egg whites, onion, garlic and milk.
    Add beef and mix lightly.
    Place in a shallow baking pan (10-inches in diameter).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Carefully drain fat from pan.
