Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. pork loin roast
1 can (27 to 29 oz.) sauerkraut
3 heaping Tbsp. brown sugar
1 bay leaf
Preparation
-
In Dutch oven, brown roast on all sides.
Add sauerkraut and juice, sugar and bay leaf.
Cover and simmer 4 to 6 hours.
