1 c. fat or drippings
16 cloves garlic, crushed
2 c. minced onion
1 (No. 5) can tomato sauce
2 (No. 10) cans tomato puree
1/4 c. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. ground oregano
4 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 qt. grated Parmesan cheese
