Quick Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 to 2/3 c. soy sauce
    6 green onions, finely chopped (using most of the tops)
    1 egg, beaten
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cook rice (omit salt and butter).
    In frypan, heat olive oil and garlic.
    Saute onions.
    Add rice and soy sauce; mix well. Pour egg over rice and cook egg.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4.
