Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lbs. chicken
1 med. onion
1 bell pepper
1 can Rotel tomatoes
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. thin spaghetti
1 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil chicken and debone. Save broth to cook noodles in.
Saute chopped onion and pepper in 1/2 butter. Put cheese, tomatoes, salt and pepper into cooked and drained noodles while hot; mix well to melt. Add chicken, put in casserole and put rest of butter in slices on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until butter melts.
