Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken or turkey
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
    1/2 c. shredded sharp or mild Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine celery, chicken or turkey, mayonnaise, almonds (if using), cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix well.
    Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with crushed chips.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 6.
