Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unpeeled diced rhubarb
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 to 2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Combine ingredients together.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 minutes.
