Buttery Microwave Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. onion, cut into 1/4-inch rings
    4 c. (4 medium) baking potatoes, washed and cut in 1/8-inch slices (unpeeled)
    1/2 c. green pepper, cut into strips
Preparation
    In a 12 x 8-inch baking dish, melt butter on High for 50 to 60 seconds.
    Stir in seasoned salt and pepper.
    Stir in remaining ingredients until coated with butter.
    Cover.
    Cook until potatoes are fork-tender, 13 to 15 minutes.
    Let stand 3 minutes.
    Yields eight 1/2-cup servings.
