Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring butter, sugar, syrup, salt, baking powder and vanilla to boil, stirring constantly.
    Then boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
    Pour over popcorn and mix well.
    Turn into baking pan and put in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes while baking.
    Break apart and store in tins.
