Hot Mushroom Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. fresh mushrooms, stems removed and sliced
1/2 c. butter
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
10 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in butter until all liquid is absorbed.
Mix mushrooms, sour cream and soup mix.
Put mixture in an ovenproof serving dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with crackers or French bread.
