Easy Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, partly thawed
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Colby
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 oz. jar drained pimentos
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup Colby in large bowl, mixing well.
    Turn into 9 x 13-inch baking dish, buttered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes until potatoes are tender.
    Top with remaining Colby.
    Let melt over casserole.
