Cheese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    2 c. water
    2 bouillon cubes (chicken or vegetable flavor)
    2 c. shredded cheese (1/2 lb.)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and rice in margarine until rice is slightly brown, stirring occasionally.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Bring to a boil.
    Arrange layers of the rice mixture with the shredded cheese in a 2-quart casserole.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
